my stay at this so-called boutique hotel was just charming, except my room was never cleaned properly. I was forced to use WhatsApp for service—how quaint! And I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but evidently those are reserved for other guests. if only they cared half as much about all of us equally.

The noise at night from street performers and the rooftop bar is unbearable!!! Proper soundproofing is absolutely necessary for a peaceful stay!!! The lack of a swimming pool area is disappointing!!! The Google installation needs serious improvement!!!

We had such a memorable stay, especially enjoying the rooftop breakfast each morning and the amazing mix of fresh flavors at dinner! Although the noise was sometimes disruptive, the unique ambiance absolutely made it worth it.

It was just a balanced option for a short stint in Cartagena with good value for cost. The rooftop area was a nice spot to relax in the evenings. Try to ask for a room away from the street to avoid noise.
