The room at Townhouse Boutique Hotel felt cozy and inviting, with a comfy bed, lovely view, and all the essentials like a coffee machine and a flat-screen TV. It had a cool vibe that made me feel right at home.
I found the noise from the street performers and rooftop bar a bit disruptive at night.

The room with a great view across the rooftops of cartagena. The location was absolutely perfect, for example, view remnants was not very far from the hotel. The attached restaurant at the lobby and the roof top bar.
Nothing bad to say.

We recently stayed at this luxurious boutique hotel and were extremely impressed. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the housekeeping did an excellent job with our room each day. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the heart of the old town. The rooftop bar/lounge offered breathtaking views and delicious breakfast each morning. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and relax on the rooftop terrace with an amazing view. The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing as some guests reported noise from street performers and rooftop bar.

Amazing Easter experience! The breakfast was top-notch, with a great variety of choices. The staff were friendly and well-trained. The pool area was great and perfect for families with kids. The location was superb, within walking distance to many attractions and food spots. We enjoyed the views from the balcony that overlooked the city's lively streets.
The cleaning service was inconsistent during our stay, and on some days, the room wasn't made or towels weren't changed. we had to use our phones for smart room features and communication with staff.
